You can cancel your ride at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time with no penalty.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, a cancellation fee may apply or the full fare may be charged depending on the circumstances.
🔁 Rescheduling Your Ride
Need to change your pickup time or location?
No fee if you reschedule 24 hours or more in advance.
Short-notice changes (within 24 hours) may not be guaranteed and could result in extra charges.
❌ No-Show Policy
If you don’t show up at the scheduled pickup location and no cancellation notice is given, it will be considered a no-show and you may be charged the full fare.
